1980s glazed and painted porcelain black and ivory brooch shaped like a t-shirt with the words "Viva Imelda" and a shoe on it- obviously to honor the notorious shoe collector Imelda Marcos. Looks like the sleeve broke off and was put back on, solid and not loose at all. 2 1/2" long by 2" wide
