Art Nouveau Design Oval Frame Piece circa 1910s

Elegant tin (?) small oval Art Nouveau frame with prongs in back- not sure what it was, but could easily be made into a brooch, pendant, belt buckle or used as a frame. No markings, no flaws.

3" tall, 2 1/2" wide, 1/2" thick, 1/16" deep
